Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

What You'll Do

Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency
Translate complex healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Apply your domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to clinical analytics and healthcare data

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management
• Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between data complexity and real-world decision-making
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
• Background in performance improvement, quality metrics, or healthcare operations analytics
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
