Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends that support leadership decisions and improve care delivery
• Translate complex healthcare datasets into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data governance and quality standards are upheld across regulated healthcare environments
• Collaborate with AI research teams to bring clinical domain expertise to cutting-edge model development and evaluation

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
• Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare settings
• Strong communicator who can bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decisions
• Self-directed and confident managing teams and priorities in an async, remote environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
• Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI platforms
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or digital health initiatives
