Clinical Business Intelligence Manager
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics pipelines that support clinical and operational decision-making.
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover actionable trends and support leadership decisions.
Translate complex healthcare data into clear, trusted insights that drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency.
Apply your clinical domain knowledge to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare analytics and BI workflows.
Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of subject matter experts and AI researchers.
Who You Are
Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management in regulated environments.
Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets.
Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Self-directed and reliable when working independently across distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows.
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms.
- Background in health informatics, clinical operations, or healthcare IT.
- Experience working alongside AI or machine learning teams.
