Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL pipelines, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends that inform leadership decisions and improve care delivery
• Translate complex, multi-source healthcare datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Establish and uphold data governance standards across regulated healthcare environments
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure clinical data quality, integrity, and usability within advanced AI training workflows

Who You Are

• Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
• Proven leader with the ability to guide BI teams in building robust reporting systems and data pipelines
• Skilled at working with clinical, administrative, and operational datasets in regulated environments
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and committed to data accuracy and reliability
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI model training workflows or LLM development processes
• Background in healthcare informatics, EHR systems, or population health analytics
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms
