Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Deliver superior physical and emotional assistance to patients.
- Participate in a 24-hour per week commitment for at least one year.
- Attend all training program sessions.
- Work various hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Start at a rate of $19.50 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.
Requirements
- Commit to at least 24 hours a week for at least one year.
- Cannot reduce hours during the first year of employment.
- Required to attend all training program sessions.
Qualifications
The program is designed for candidates with little or no patient care experience seeking a direct patient care position within our hospital.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $26.24 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, job responsibilities, and geographic location. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
