Qualifications

The successful candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine and hold a current CA State Medical License and a full schedule, fee paid DEA License with a CA address at the time of credentialing.

Responsibilities

  • Rotations at Keck Medical Center of USC with teaching responsibilities
  • Direct patient care with co-management of select surgical patients
  • 24/7 coverage with hospitalists covering a handful of nights per year and approximately 12-16 weekends
  • Full time Nocturnist positions available for those applicants seeking this type of position
  • Engage in the development of students and residents
  • Engage in formal teaching opportunities at the medical school level
  • Participate in resident didactic sessions
  • Participate in education conferences
  • Engage in extracurricular professional and development activities
  • Participate in medical center committee membership and quality and safety improvement initiatives

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $270,000-$290,000.
