We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key parts: - Working Title: Clinical Assistant Professor - Position Number: F617486 (metadata) - Appointment Type: Fixed Term: 1 year - FTE: 1=9/10 month -Faculty only - Position Overview: paragraph about NCCU, benefits, etc. - Primary Function of Organizational Unit: description of Department of Nursing. - Primary Purpose of Position: description of duties (teach nursing courses, develop instructional material, evaluate student clinical performance, advise students, etc.) - Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list: commitment to diversity and inclusion; excellent oral/written communication; strong interpersonal; excellent analytical skills and reasoned judgment; ability to work independently/collaboratively; candidate must have at least three years of clinical experience in pediatrics nursing; candidate must have at least three years of teaching experience in pediatrics nursing. - Minimum Education/Experience: MSN – required. DNP – required. Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner – preferred. - Licenses or Certification required by Statute or Regulation: unrestricted North Carolina RN license. - Key Responsibilities and Related Competencies: broken into functions: Instructional, Public Service, Research. Each with bullet-like sentences. - Posting Detail Information: Posting Number F000108, Open Date 09/15/2026, Close Date Open Until Filled Yes, Date Position Available 07/01/2026. These are metadata; we can fold into short p or drop? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with posting details maybe. - Special Instructions to Applicants: final candidates subject to criminal background checks, education/license verification prior to employment. Applicant Documents Required: list of required documents: Resume/CV, Cover Letter, Teaching Philosophy, Unofficial Transcripts (official required from selected candidate), List of References. Optional Documents: Other Document, DD-214 (Veterans Only), NGB23A or NGB22/DD256 (National Guard Only), Licenses and/or Certification required by Statute or Regulation. Supplemental Questions: required fields indicated with asterisk. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove navigation instructions like "Bookmark this Posting Print Preview | Apply for this Job Please see Special Instructions for more details." Also remove "Posting Details To create a Posting..." etc. Also remove "Special Instructions to Applicants" maybe we keep the substantive part about required documents? The instruction says: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove application instructions (like required documents list?). Actually "application instructions" likely refers to instructions on how to apply, like "Please see Special Instructions for more details." The list of required documents might be considered part of application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop the list of required documents and optional documents. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; does that include required documents? It's arguably part of application process, not substantive job content. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should omit that. We also need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Likely sections: About the role (position overview + primary function + primary purpose), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (minimum education/experience, licenses), Skills (required knowledge, skills, abilities), maybe Benefits (position overview mentions comprehensive benefits package and exclusive perks). Pay and Schedule: not specified (no pay or schedule details). So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections because they'd be filler. We need to decide on headings: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We have content for: - About the role: could combine Position Overview, Primary Function of Organizational Unit, Primary Purpose of Position. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities and Related Competencies (Instructional, Public Service, Research). That's substantive. - Requirements: Minimum Education/Experience, Licenses or Certification. That's substantive. - Skills: Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. That's substantive. - Benefits: Position Overview mentions "comprehensive benefits package and exclusive perks designed to support your work-life balance." That's specific enough? It's a bit generic but it's mentioned. Could include Benefits section with that sentence. - Pay: not mentioned. - Schedule: not mentioned (FTE 1=9/10 month -Faculty only indicates 9/10 month appointment; that is schedule info? It says FTE 1=9/10 month -Faculty only. That indicates a 9/10 month appointment (i.e., 9 months out of 12?). That is schedule info. So we could include Schedule section with that detail. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states FTE 1=9/10 month -Faculty only. That is schedule info. So we can include Schedule. Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. For Benefits we have a sentence; could be

. For Schedule we have a short statement; could be

. For Requirements we have list: MSN required, DNP required, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner preferred, unrestricted NC RN license. Could be

      • . For Skills we have list: commitment to diversity..., excellent oral/written communication..., strong interpersonal..., excellent analytical skills..., ability to work independently/collaboratively..., at least three years clinical experience in pediatrics nursing, at least three years teaching experience in pediatrics nursing. That's a list. For Responsibilities we have functions with bullet-like sentences. Could be
        • each responsibility. For About the role we have paragraphs; could be

each. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

          Clinical Assistant Professor

. Good. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can include them in a short

maybe but we could drop them. The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. We could include a short p with posting number and dates maybe. But we already have Schedule section covering FTE; we could include posting details in a short p before sections? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment. It didn't forbid a leading p for metadata. But we should avoid unnecessary sections. Maybe we can include a

with posting number and dates as minor metadata. However the instruction says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short p with that info. Let's include a p: "Posting Number: F000108; Open Date: 09/15/2026; Position Available: 07/01/2026." That's minor. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed. Now produce HTML fragment:

Posting Number: F000108; Open Date: 09/15/2026; Position Available: 07/01/2026.
