Clinical Assistant or Associate Professor of Medicine (Clinician Educator)The University of Southern California (USC), founded in 1880, is the largest private employer in the City of Los Angeles. Department of Medicine- Serving as an attending in the outpatient transplant nephrology clinics
- Serving as inpatient nephrology faculty at consultation services as necessary
- Teaching of fellows, residents and medical students in didactic, ambulatory and inpatient hospital settings
Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
Candidates must have a California medical license. The USC Department of Medicine offers competitive compensation, a generous benefit package and reasonable call responsibilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $250,000-$325,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
