Clinical Assistant

Location: Corona, CA 92882 (in-person)

Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Serve as the in-person link between the patient and the remote licensed dentist during live telehealth dental evaluations
• Guide the intraoral camera in real time while the dentist remotely observes, interacts, and conducts the evaluation live
• Facilitate a warm and seamless virtual introduction between the patient and the remote dentist, ensuring the experience feels personal and comfortable
• Build genuine rapport with patients, many of whom have had limited access to dental care, creating a welcoming and reassuring environment
• Capture diagnostic data and organize patient records accurately for dentist review
• Maintain thorough documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical or Dental Assistant Certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proof of current immunizations and TB screening

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with dental tools, terminology, or procedures
• Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
• Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role
• 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
• California Dental Practice Act Certificate
• Fluency in another language — this is a strong plus given the communities we serve
