About the role

This is a remote position for a Clinical Assessor responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for the Community Case Management Program to ensure effective care planning, service coordination, and monitoring activities. Must reside in Louisiana.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a human services-related field
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Louisiana Driver’s License and appropriate state and federal clearances
• LPC or LCSW with a current unrestricted license to practice in the state of Louisiana

Pay

$70,000/year
