As the Ultrasound Clinical Applications Specialist, you will support sales of Ultrasound equipment into the Women’s Health Ultrasound markets, focusing on a medium-sized sales territory in North Carolina. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate equipment capabilities on Women’s Health Ultrasound (WH U/S) products in the assigned territory (Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island).
  • Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships with customers.
  • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence, field concerns, issues, and requirements back to the business.
  • Provide leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive WH U/S sales.
  • Prospect for new customers and business while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to immediately satisfy customer needs.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) certification in OB/GYN (Fetal Echo registry preferred).
  • 5+ years of high-risk/maternal-fetal ultrasound experience.
  • Women’s Health Ultrasound clinical application and/or product knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel 75% within your specified geographic region, with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business need.

Desired Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • ARDMS Fetal Echo and OB/Gyn registry.
  • Urological ultrasound experience.
  • 3+ years of GEHC experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 5+ years in progressively larger formal leadership roles within a complex technical environment.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience building rapport at all organizational levels and interfacing with internal/external stakeholders in a solution-based sales process.
  • Strong communication and clear-thinking skills to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare industry trends and the Women’s Health Ultrasound marketplace.

Pay

For U.S.-based positions, the pay range for this role is $110,400.00–$165,600.00 annually. Compensation decisions depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
