Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site product demonstrations, new customer onboarding, educational in-services, quarterly business reviews with Market Development Managers and technical and procedural support for fast paced live surgical settings
  • Act as an expert user for Perimeter OCT devices and image interpretation
  • Provide customers and end users with product, clinical, technical, educational, and sales support to maximize recurring revenue, utilization of company products, and customer service objectives
  • Provide image training and device use to internal employees and external clinical and commercial users
  • Continue onsite procedural and technical support for all Perimeter products to clinical and commercial users, clinicians, health care providers, and investigators
  • Prepare and deliver professional clinical case reports and presentations that include medical images, relevant information and laboratory results to the customer for case review and product evaluation
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate product issues that occur in the field
  • Develop and implement activities to achieve and exceed the company’s clinical and sales objectives
  • Expand Perimeter OCT usage in existing accounts by identifying potential new surgeons and/or surgeries
  • Possess the ability to prospect for new system installations and system upgrades to your assigned accounts
  • Provide effective and timely customer communication and feedback back to the company
  • Contribute to internal and external training program initiatives when assigned by the product team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years of clinical industry experience or an allied health professional degree (RN, MRT (r, T), RRT, PA etc)
  • Experience with operations management of health care facilities
  • Proven key account management
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively 85% (~4 days per week including overnight, some weekends and holidays) within the U.S.
  • Willingness to provide technical and procedural support in a fast-paced live surgical environment
  • Must be willing to satisfy medical credentialing agency requirements, including proof of specific immunizations and titers, background checks, and drug screening
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data and develop clinical programs to support customers
  • Possess strong overall technical acumen to support product use, and image analysis
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of relationship building skills
  • High-level presentation skills; able to present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact
  • Articulate communicator, a people person, competitive, team player
  • Exceptional level of accountability and integrity
