Key Areas of Responsibility
- Deliver remote and onsite training to customers
- Conduct pre-training preparation and perform administrative activities post-training
- Provide Tier 2 support to customers, resolve cases, and assist in troubleshooting escalated issues
- Develop training materials and effectively communicate the training plan to customers
- Interface with customers to resolve cases, assist in troubleshooting issues, and identify customer needs to determine internal resources needed for resolution
- Work closely with clinical medical physicists, providing training and support
- Gain clinical experience through partnerships with local clinics
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Master's degree in medical physics, dosimetry, clinical engineering, or technical related field is preferred
- Travel required up to 60% of work weeks and occasional weekend travel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exemplary communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
- Able to work independently and complete all deliverables on-time
- Enthusiastic learner who is eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilate new concepts
- Adaptable, positive, and open to new ideas and/or situations
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
- Clinical understanding of the processes in a Radiation Oncology Department
- Fluent in English with strong written, verbal communication and listening skills
- Effectively support and work with all levels of the organization
