About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinical Application Specialist to provide training on the Guerbet injector line, service, and associated consumable products to customers, ensuring documented competency in a clinical environment. This includes documenting training, issuing certificates for CE credits, and addressing internal and external customer questions about the equipment and products.

Responsibilities

  • Train new and existing customers on Guerbet’s injector line, including the OptiVantage, OptiOne, OptiStar, and Illumena Neo, while building strong customer partnerships.
  • Assist the sales team with customer demonstrations, calls, and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
  • Successfully complete assigned training programs.
  • Operate in full compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, adhering to company procedures and defined scope of responsibility.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows or similar events.
  • Assemble or assist in assembling injectors; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Maintain professional, market, and technical knowledge of the Radiology industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of CT, MR, CL/IR, OR/surgery experience as a Registered Technologist with current, valid registrations in good standing.
  • Working knowledge of Computer Assisted Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance (MR), Cardiac Cath (CL), and Interventional Radiology (IR) injector systems and clinical practices preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with individuals or groups.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
