About the role
The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) role is a clinical education position aimed at supporting internal and external clinical and educational needs. This role also contributes to the company’s broader revenue growth objectives through customer support and education.
Responsibilities
- Acts as the subject matter expert for the use of Sentec products in key market segments to support company revenue growth goals.
- Collaborates with the local sales team to coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum, process/tools, and programs.
- Develops a common understanding of the technology across care providers and articulates the clinical & economic value proposition.
- Participates in product evaluations and installations.
- Affirms needs and ensures comprehensive education and hands-on training on Sentec products, including maintenance and troubleshooting that addresses all members of the clinical team.
- Provides education and training necessary to drive optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Current RRT license is required.
- Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly preferred.
- Existing In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
- Must be able to quickly understand new product enhancements and training programs/materials.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and must obtain any/all required vaccinations as appropriate for vendor credentialing.

Pay
This is a remote position (home-based in the Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Orlando metropolitan areas) with the ability to travel overnight (60%) and work flexible hours.
