We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Careers With Purpose Sanford Health...". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. We need to extract content: - Facility: Marsh Med Ctr Minocqua - Location: Minocqua, WI - Address: 9576 WI-70, Minocqua, WI 54548, USA - Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts - Job Schedule: Part time - Weekly Hours: 24.00 - Salary Range: 39.00 - 58.50 - 39.00 - 58.50 (looks weird duplicate; maybe they typed min-mid-max? Actually "39.00 - 58.50 - 39.00 - 58.50". Might be a mistake; but we need to preserve as is? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include the salary range exactly as given. However we must not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state Salary Range. So we can include Pay section with that info. - Department Details: description about Minocqua Hospital rating etc. This could be About the role or Responsibilities. - Role description: "This role will expand your leadership skills as you oversee and facilitate a wide variety of hospital operations: Med- Surg, Women’s Health, Surgical Services, Emergency & Urgent Care, coordinate incoming admissions, outgoing transfers, nursing staffing oversight, and support the nursing teams to provide high quality patient care. This position can be either (2) 12 hour 19-07 shifts a week, every third weekend, OR it can be a Weekend Program - working every Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday." - Job Summary: bullet list of duties: "Demonstrate expert administrative knowledge and clinical skills. Coordinate admissions and transfers of patients. Manage staffing needs and staffing issues with appropriate leadership. Serve as a clinical and administrative resource for providers, staff, patients, and families. Conduct clinical and staff rounding and facilitate the flow of patient care. Provide back-up assistance for staff. Participate actively in clinical, quality, safety, service, and work flow improvements. Manage clinical projects and serve on committees." - Qualifications: list of education, license, certifications. - Benefits: paragraph about benefits package. - Also there is EEO statement etc which we must remove. - Also "Req Number: R-0275193 Job Function: Nursing Featured: No" - minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop or include as a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading (page already shows it). No job title given in snippet; but we shouldn't add. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - About the role: could include facility, location, address, shift, job schedule, weekly hours, department details (hospital rating). That seems appropriate. - Responsibilities: could include the role description (oversee operations, coordinate admissions, etc.) plus the Job Summary bullet list. - Requirements: maybe include qualifications (education, license, certifications). Could also include "Specific services/positions may have additional education, training, or experience requirements." That's part of qualifications. - Qualifications: maybe separate from Requirements? The instructions list both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to avoid duplication; but we can use both if content distinct. However we have qualifications content; maybe we treat that as Qualifications. Requirements could be things like shift, schedule? But those are more about role. Could treat Requirements as license/certifications. But we have to avoid thin sections. Better to have few substantive sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Qualifications. But we must follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't say we must use all headings; we can choose subset. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. We need to decide if we need Skills section: posting doesn't list specific skills separate from qualifications; we could omit. Now we need to format lists with

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug free workplace, accommodation request, etc. We must not include application instructions (like "visit https://...")? Actually benefits paragraph includes a link to benefits info; that's part of benefits description, not application instruction. It's okay to keep. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. First, About the role: include facility, location, address, shift, job schedule, weekly hours, department details (hospital rating). Could be prose. Second, Responsibilities: include role description (oversee operations etc.) and Job Summary bullet list. Third, Qualifications: include education preferences, license, certifications. Fourth, Benefits: include paragraph about benefits package. Fifth, Pay: include Salary Range. Sixth, Schedule: include shift details, job schedule, weekly hours, and maybe the shift options (2 12 hour shifts etc). But schedule info already in About the role; we might avoid duplication. However we need to avoid duplicating content. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we put schedule info in About the role, we shouldn't also repeat in Schedule section unless we split differently. Better to keep schedule info in Schedule section and not duplicate. Let's think. We have shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts, Job Schedule: Part time, Weekly Hours: 24.00. Also description of shift options: (2) 12 hour 19-07 shifts a week, every third weekend, OR Weekend Program - working every Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. Thus schedule details are substantive. We could put schedule in Schedule section. About the role could include facility, location, address, department details (hospital rating). Responsibilities as described. Qualifications as described. Benefits as described. Pay as salary range. Schedule as shift details. Thus we avoid duplication. Now craft each section. About the role:

    Facility: Marsh Med Ctr Minocqua

    Location: Minocqua, WI

    Address: 9576 WI-70, Minocqua, WI 54548, USA

Department Details: Minocqua Hospital is most recently rated 5-star CMS rated hospital and a Forbes top 100 rural healthcare hospital.

That seems fine. Responsibilities: combine role description and job summary bullet list. Role description prose: "This role will expand your leadership skills as you oversee and facilitate a wide variety of hospital operations: Med- Surg, Women’s Health, Surgical Services, Emergency & Urgent Care, coordinate incoming admissions, outgoing transfers, nursing staffing oversight, and support the nursing teams to provide high quality patient care. This position can be either (2) 12 hour 19-07 shifts a week, every third weekend, OR it can be a Weekend Program - working every Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday." But note shift options maybe belong to Schedule; but we already placed schedule details in Schedule section. However the role description includes that as part of responsibilities; we could keep it there but then schedule section would be duplicate. To avoid duplication, we could move shift options to Schedule section and keep responsibilities focused on oversight duties. Let's split: Responsibilities: oversee and facilitate operations, coordinate admissions/transfers, manage staffing, serve as resource, conduct rounding, provide back-up, participate in improvements, manage projects, serve on committees. That's from Job Summary bullet list plus the first sentence about oversee operations. Thus Responsibilities prose: "This role will expand your leadership skills as you oversee and facilitate a wide variety of hospital operations: Med- Surg, Women’s Health, Surgical Services, Emergency & Urgent Care, coordinate incoming admissions, outgoing transfers, nursing staffing oversight, and support the nursing teams to provide high quality patient care." Then Job Summary bullet list: each sentence as list item. Now Schedule section: include shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts, Job Schedule: Part time, Weekly Hours: 24.00, and shift options: (2) 12 hour 19-07 shifts a week, every third weekend, OR Weekend Program - working every Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday. We can present as
    • ... maybe combine. Pay section: Salary Range: 39.00 - 58.50 - 39.00 - 58.50 (preserve exactly). Benefits section: paragraph about benefits package. Qualifications section: include education preferences, license, certifications. We need to format lists for duties/requirements/benefits. Let's draft. HTML:
