Key Responsibilities Foster a positive, therapeutic environment by engaging with clients, reinforcing program expectations, and modeling healthy behaviorsProvide non-clinical support to clients in distress and connect them quickly with licensed therapists as neededKeep clients on track with encouragement, schedule reminders, and logistical supportCo-facilitate psychoeducational and support groups alongside licensed cliniciansAct as a communication link between therapists, the clinical team, and outside providersShadow clinical staff to deepen understanding of therapeutic approaches and program structureAssist Primary Therapists with scribing during sessions and help maintain client documentation under supervisionPrepare session materials and organize client case filesEnter non-clinical data into the electronic health record (EHR) systemSupport general administrative tasks including scanning, uploading, and filing documents Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalentStrong understanding of professional boundaries in a therapeutic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to stay calm and supportive in a fast-paced settingComfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related fieldOne or more years of experience in substance use or mental health treatment settingsExperience working with clients at detox and/or residential levels of careCAP, CADC, or another addiction-related certificationLived experience with recovery is highly valued Apply Now If you're passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey and want to grow within a mission-driven organization, we'd like to meet you.
