Part-Time Clinical Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Clinical Assistant to support a TBI treatment center. This patient-facing position involves assisting doctors with intake, scheduling, greeting patients, and daily clinical tasks. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, self-motivated, and capable of creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for testing and/or treatment
• Assist physicians with in-clinic patient care and daily duties
• Maintain treatment rooms, testing equipment, and clinic organization
• Coordinate patient flow and support scheduling and operations
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and health/safety compliance
• Serve as the main contact for center patients

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as a Medical Assistant or similar clinical role
• Reliable transportation

Skills

• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
• Comfortable working in clinical environments
