About the Role
Monday - Friday; 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. As a Clinical Administrator at Lighthouse Autism Center, you will provide office coordination and administrative support to a team of clinicians and behavior analysts delivering high-quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. This role is the face and voice of our center, contributing to the high energy seen and heard inside our centers. You will greet visitors, answer calls, liaise with various teams, and engage with learners in a fun and supportive manner.
Responsibilities
- Complete the daily schedule based on input from Program Managers (PMs) on clinical considerations such as therapist-learner assignments.
- Coordinate with Clinical Director (CD)/PM to finalize the daily schedule.
- Handle staffing administration, including timecard approval and staff coordination with trainers.
- Manage new hire coordination and document administration.
- Facilitate client communication and coordination, including Lighthouse HR policies.
- Manage building supplies, cleaning, and maintenance, as well as building access needs (e.g., staff key fobs, weekend training prep).
- Plan events such as spirit days, holiday parties, and staff appreciation activities.
- Handle incident, injury, and CPI reporting.
- Interact with learners in support of the clinical team.
Requirements
- Success in an office management and administrative role.
- Expert user of MS Office.
- Proficiency in managing personnel schedules, timekeeping records, and inventory of supplies.
- Experience as a human resource liaison and in customer service.
- Relevant experience in the ABA industry and/or as an ABA therapist is preferred but not required.
- Desire to work in a high-energy environment filled with busy children and adults.
- College degree in health sciences, business, or general administration is preferred.
- High school diploma is required.
- Available to work onsite.

- Walking, running, skipping, hopping.
- Able to sustain impact to the body (e.g., being hit) in any area.
- Crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods of time.
- Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
- Full range of motion of hands and arms.
- Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
- Ability to move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support.

Pay
Up to $25 an hour based on experience.
