About the Role
The Clinical Administrative Coordinator provides a safe and professional environment when patients first enter our centers, greeting and assisting them in a positive and welcoming way. You will play a vital role in ensuring we deliver on our mission to make life better for those with kidney disease and our vision to be unsurpassed in individualized experience, quality, and compassion.

Responsibilities
- Manage patient admission and discharge processes
- Prepare network reports and review/submit monthly billing
- Facilitate payroll and orient new employees
- Maintain employee records and office supplies
- Maintain and service office machines in the center
- Maintain patient medical records as mandated by medical records, privacy, and emergency policies
- Set the tone for a positive patient experience, addressing needs holistically
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
- AA or AS degree (preferred)
- One (1) year of administrative experience (required)
- Two (2) years of administrative experience (preferred)
