We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove statements like "The statements listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive..." etc? That is generic but maybe keep? It's not specific duty; it's a disclaimer. Probably remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The description about position being Onsite, location, opportunities with LHI part of Optum, mission statements, etc. Could be "About the role". We'll include a paragraph summarizing that. - Responsibilities: The list of primary responsibilities (bulleted). We'll put in
  • . - Requirements: Might be "Required Qualifications". Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Also we have skills listed (communication, office tech, etc). Could split: Requirements = Required Qualifications; Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications? Or Skills = skills list. But we have both required and preferred qualifications. We could make a "Requirements" section for required qualifications, and a "Qualifications" section for preferred qualifications. Skills maybe not needed separately if covered. - Benefits: The posting mentions benefits: "In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Also "We offer 2 weeks in formal training and 1 orientation in clinic." That's more training than benefit. But we can include benefits. - Pay: The posting says: "The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment." Also "Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc." So we have pay info. - Schedule: The posting says: "This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with 1 hour lunch. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime." Also earlier: "This position is Onsite." So schedule info. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

    Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

    Schedule

This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with 1 hour lunch. Occasional overtime may be required based on business need.

Check for any duplicated content: We included schedule twice? Already in Requirements we included schedule line; but we also have separate Schedule section. Might be duplication but it's okay as it's specific content. However instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Not about duplication. It's okay to have schedule in both places? Might be considered duplication but it's substantive. Could remove schedule line from Requirements to avoid duplication. Let's adjust: In Requirements we can keep the ability to work full time etc but that's schedule requirement; but we could keep it as part of Requirements (ability to work schedule). However we also have Schedule section. Might be okay but better to avoid redundancy. Let's keep schedule requirement in Requirements but also have Schedule section summarizing. It's okay. Check for any boilerplate: We removed EEO statements, drug test, etc. Good. Check for any placeholders like "commensurate with experience": none. Check for any missing substantive info: We included mission statements? Not needed. We included "Opportunities with Logistics Health Incorporated (LHI), part of the Optum family of business." etc in About the role. We also included "We offer 2 weeks in formal training and 1 orientation in clinic. Training will be conducted onsite." under Benefits. We included "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance..." maybe could be under Benefits? It's about rewards and recognition. Could be part of Benefits but we already have incentive and recognition programs. Could add a bullet: "Performance-based rewards and recognition". But not required. We should ensure we didn't invent content. All bullets are taken from posting. Let's verify each bullet: From posting: Primary Responsibilities list (the long paragraph with line breaks). We captured each sentence as bullet. Good. Required Qualifications list: we captured each line. Preferred Qualifications list: we captured each. Benefits: "In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." Also "We offer 2 weeks in formal training and 1 orientation in clinic. Training will be conducted onsite." So we captured those. Pay: "The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 - $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable." Also "Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc." We captured both. Schedule: "This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with 1 hour lunch. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime." We captured. Also earlier: "This position is Onsite." and location. We included in About the role. We also have statements like "You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in." Could be a benefit but we didn't include. Might be considered substantive. Could add a bullet under Benefits: "Performance-based rewards and recognition with development opportunities". But we need to avoid inventing; it's directly from posting.
