About the Opportunity:The Clinical Administrative Coordinator role is designed to manage communication processes related to healthcare cases by drafting specific notices and engaging with clients. This position supports the organization’s goal of delivering efficient healthcare services by ensuring accurate and timely correspondence, contributing directly to the quality and compliance of health-related operations. 3. Responsibilities:• Draft NOA and NOE letters tailored to government and commercial clients• Make outbound calls to initiate letter retrieval from clients• Ensure adherence to client, regulatory, and accreditation standards for documentation• Apply product knowledge to select appropriate letter templates based on case details• Consistently meet productivity, adherence, and quality benchmarks• Perform other duties as assigned by management 4. Requirements:• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience• At least 18 years of age• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel• Ability to learn new computer applications• Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am–7:00pm CST• Availability to work occasional overtime as needed Preferred qualifications include:• Over one year of experience in office or customer service roles• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish• Experience in healthcare settings or knowledge of medical terminology and coding• Clerical or administrative support experience Telecommuting requirements:• Secure dedicated workspace ensuring privacy• Approved high-speed wired internet connection meeting specified minimum speeds 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range from $18 to $32 per hour for full-time employment• Compensation based on factors including location, education, experience, and certifications• Comprehensive benefits package including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions subject to eligibility 6.
