It leverages technology and integrated healthcare services to help people optimize their health while addressing complex care coordination needs at scale.About the OpportunityThe Clinical Admin Coordinator supports high-volume healthcare customer service operations by managing member intake, referral processing, and communication with healthcare providers. This role facilitates care coordination by accurately handling admission, discharge, service requests, and referrals while ensuring members and providers receive timely and effective support.Responsibilities• Manage member intake and admission or discharge information following notification.• Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, facilities, and clinical teams to coordinate service requests.• Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, including intake and notification activities.• Provide triage and care coordination support for non-clinical assessment and intervention referrals.• Handle inbound and outbound calls with members and healthcare providers.• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently in a high-volume customer service environment.• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to member and provider interactions.• Follow established procedures and service standards to support timely care coordination.• Work flexible schedules, including evening hours, as required.Requirements• High school diploma or GED.• Minimum 2 years of telephonic or face-to-face customer service experience.• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or health insurance environments.• Preferred: Experience working in hospitals, physician offices, or medical clinics.• Preferred: Call center experience.• Preferred: Clerical or administrative support experience.• Preferred: Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes.• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Hourly pay range: $18.00–$32.00, based on experience and employment status.• Comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, employee stock purchase opportunities, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.Benefits & Perks• Paid Time Off beginning with the first pay period, plus 8 paid holidays.• Medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance.• Short-term and long-term disability coverage.• 401(k) savings plan.• Employee stock purchase plan.• Education reimbursement.• Employee discounts.• Employee Assistance Program.• Employee referral bonus program.• Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance, legal insurance, and long-term care insurance.
