Clinical Account Manager
Principal Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests from True Rx Health Strategists staff, clients, and members, providing expert guidance on drug therapy, formulary, and clinical program inquiries.
- Collaborate with our reporting and analytics team to deliver meaningful insights.
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for clients, business partners, and our dedicated Account Management team, resolving concerns and offering expert guidance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of clinical programs aimed at optimizing client and member health outcomes, fostering innovation every step of the way.
- Provide top-notch medication therapy management services, ensuring members receive the highest quality care and support.
- Analyze drug utilization patterns and trends, offering valuable insights to drive informed decision-making and improve overall program effectiveness.
- Showcase your expertise by delivering impactful presentations to clients, shedding light on the clinical intricacies of their benefit plans.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our clinical programs and solutions, driving increased implementation and adoption rates.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to achieving shared goals.
Minimum Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree with an active pharmacist license.
- Previous PBM experience with a strong understanding of P&T strategies and Prior Authorization Guidelines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Pharmacy residency, board certification, and/or significant experience as a clinical pharmacist.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks effectively, and demonstrating impeccable organizational skills.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate is a PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree holder with an active pharmacist license. Previous PBM experience with a strong understanding of P&T strategies and Prior Authorization Guidelines is preferred. Schedule
This position is 100% remote with expectations of in-office as needed for meetings and trainings.
Pay
Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.
