Clinic Technologist (Blairsville Location) - Part Time

About the role

In this role you will perform EKGs, phlebotomy, urine drug screens, and radiographic examinations following established procedures as ordered by the physician. You will assess and provide appropriate treatment for patients ranging from neonate through adult, work with vital signs, patient discharges, breath alcohol testing, and other duties needed to provide safe and efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, urine drug screens, and radiographic examinations
• Assess and treat patients from neonate through adult
• Monitor vital signs and handle patient discharges
• Conduct breath alcohol testing
• Provide safe and efficient care to all patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and hospital personnel
• Manage stressful situations and heavy workloads
• Perform other duties as needed (duties may change at any time with or without notice)

Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved school of radiologic technology
• 2+ years’ experience in radiology preferred
• Registered with the ARRT upon hire
• BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire
