About the role

You will perform various medical tests and treatments under the supervision of a physician.

Responsibilities

• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, urine drug screens, and radiographic examinations as ordered by the physician.
• Assess and provide appropriate treatment for patients ranging from neonate through adult.
• Work with vital signs, patient discharges, breath alcohol testing, and other duties to ensure safe and efficient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, visitors, and hospital personnel using excellent interpersonal skills.
• Handle stressful situations and manage heavy workloads.

Qualifications

• Education: Successful completion of an approved school of radiologic technology.
• Experience: 2+ years’ experience in radiology preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered with the ARRT upon hire and BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire.
