About the role
In this role, you will support strategic performance and customer service goals, ensure smooth daily operations of the Internal Medicine department at various locations, conduct in-service training and education, and continuously improve work flows and quality outcomes of processes.

Requirements
- Healthcare Administration degree or related bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical office setting required
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of clinic operational areas
- Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to confront and address issues with staff
- PC utilization and software skills required
- Must be familiar with HR employment law, record keeping and confidentiality fundamentals

Skills

Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.74 - $50.61. The pay range for this position is $33.74 - $50.61.
Schedule
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm supporting the NW Portland, Gresham, and Happy Valley locations.
