Clinic Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Accountable for implementing and supporting clinic initiatives that fulfill the strategic goals of LMG and Legacy Health.
• Responsible for direct supervision of all support staff and coordination of the day-to-day operations of assigned areas.
• Provides coverage for manager in his or her absence.
• Facilitates communication and collaborates with staff, physicians and other providers, other Legacy departments, management, and customers in problem solving and project management.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience: Minimum of three years progressively more responsible health care experience. Experience in electronic scheduling and EMR required. Lead worker or supervisory experience preferred. Dependent upon assigned Clinic, Certified Medical Assisting background may be strongly preferred.

• Ability to withstand varying job pressures and organize and prioritize related tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment within stated guidelines.
• Intermediate to advanced PC-based computer skills. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $32.96 - USD $47.12 /Hr.
