About the Role

Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including:

• Registration
• Medical records
• AR charge entry
• AP processing
• Physician and patient scheduling
• Incoming/outgoing mail
• Other office functions as required

Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings, and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling, disciplinary actions, and Provider meetings with management.

Requirements

• Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred
• Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred
• One year medical coding and billing experience preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Pay

Pay Range: $29.39 - $44.08 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time (100% FTE)
• Day shift
• No weekend or holiday shift differentials
• No on-call shifts
