About the Role
Responsible for the accuracy and efficiency of the day-to-day operations of Olympic Medical Physicians clinic/center functions (for assigned clinic/center/location) including:
- Registration
- Medical records
- AR charge entry
- AP processing
- Physician and patient scheduling
- Incoming/outgoing mail
- Other office functions as required
Supervises the clinic/center staff, leads staff meetings, and participates in performance reviews, human resources counseling, disciplinary actions, and Provider meetings with management.
Requirements
- Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration or 5 years’ associated work experience preferred
- Three years’ experience in a health care clinic setting preferred
- One year medical coding and billing experience preferred
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Pay
Pay Range: $29.39 - $44.08 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time (100% FTE)
- Day shift
- No weekend or holiday shift differentials
- No on-call shifts
