Clinic Supervisor - Northstate Cardiology (Full-Time, Exempt)
About the Role
This position supports the Northstate Cardiology and Structural Heart Clinics. The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the development, coordination, and operational management of the clinic(s). The role includes supervising clinic staff, assisting with program development, marketing, and business planning in collaboration with the clinic leadership team and the Medical Director (if applicable). The Supervisor collaborates with providers, staff, and Enloe’s leadership team to plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor the provision of quality and efficient healthcare services and resources to promote optimal clinical, financial, and satisfaction outcomes across the continuum of care.
Requirements
- Two years of clerical experience in a medical setting.
- One year of supervisory experience in a hospital ambulatory area, hospital-based clinic, or medical practice setting.
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field (desired).
- Membership in a professional organization and attendance at conferences regarding management and supervision of employees (desired).
Skills & Abilities
- Technical competence, professional judgment, strong communication, and organizational skills.
- Planning skills, creative problem-solving, and sensitivity for the patient experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Medicare Conditions of Participation and criteria applicable to clinic practice.
- Ability to communicate knowledgeably and articulately with providers and staff regarding operational initiatives.
- Ability to work professionally and positively with hospital personnel and the public, including patients and visitors.
- Ability to interface with all hospital departments to maximize patient care efficiently.
- Flexibility in prioritizing ever-changing patient status and workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and judgment skills.
- Flexibility, innovation, and creativity in planning and problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate, advise, write, and consult in a professional manner.

Pay
Exempt compensation range: $35.75 - $48.26 per hour, based on applicable experience.
Schedule
- Shift: Days
- Shift length: 8 hours
- Days off: Saturday & Sunday (fixed)
- Hours per pay period: 80
