Clinic Supervisor

Position Overview

The Office Supervisor provides direction and daily administrative supervision to the clinic staff. They support the clinic manager with administrative duties and perform clerical and supervisory tasks in support of front office and patient care services in the Clinic.

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years previous supervisory experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of medical codes (ICD10 and CPT)

PREFERRED

• Associates Degree
• Knowledge of and experience with CHDP, State Funded Programs, HMO and Medi-Cal Insurance
• Experience with CQM/CQS/P4P/HCC/MIPS Incentive programs
• Familiarity with Epic EHR
