Clinic Scheduler
About the role
The Clinic Scheduler will coordinate with billing and financial counselors for collection, and provide positive communication and services explanations to patients to enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Follow up on claims and manage patient accounts
- Communicate effectively with patients to improve their experience
- Work within a day shift Monday through Friday schedule
Requirements
Healthcare customer service experience preferred, insurance/coding and claims background helpful, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills.
