Clinic RN PRN

About the role

• As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.
• Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
• You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.
• To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.
• Perform general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
• Obtain patient consent for care and ensures patient confidentiality.
• Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assesses disease condition.
• Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
• Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administers prescribed medications, and monitor and document treatment progress and patient response.
• Refer to/consult with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to prevent/resolve problems or concerns.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) (upon hire)
• Registered Nurse license in ND (upon hire)
• Basic Life Support - CPR (upon hire)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) (preferred)

Pay

Pay Range $29.51 - $43.89 /hour
