Job Summary

As our Cardiology Clinic RN you will be an integral part of a collaborative team, partnering with physicians and nurse practitioners to deliver high‑quality, holistic care for our Cardiology patients. You will provide essential nursing care within our supportive Cardiology department, educating, supporting, and advocating for patients as they navigate their health journey with dignity and respect. Success in this role requires applying the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for clinic visits, assist with procedures, and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the healthcare team, responding to requests and participating in problem‑solving.
• Provide coverage and support across various clinic areas as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice nursing in the state of North Dakota or in a compact state.
• A nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification upon hire or completion within 14 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience.

Benefits

• $20,000 sign‑on bonus for new hires who meet eligibility requirements.

Pay

$26.14 – $36.91 per hour
