Role Overview The RN at the Journey Clinic provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. They coordinate care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, utilizing direct, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations, and supporting clinicians in delivering quality patient care. The position emphasizes patient-centered, whole-person care aligned with organizational values. Key Responsibilities Deliver holistic nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.Use nursing process for assessment, care planning, and evaluation.Facilitate care coordination and patient education.Collaborate with healthcare team members.Maintain compliance with professional standards and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.Current Washington RN license and BLS certification.At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.
