CLINIC REGISTRAR

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain accurate patient medical records, including demographic, financial, and billing data, as well as required signatures for services.
• Register and assist patients or customers to their desired location.
• Answer incoming call requests and schedule patient appointments.
• Work directly with clinic providers, nursing, and other staff to provide care, compassion, and excellent customer service.
• Utilize strong phone skills and multitasking abilities.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Computer skills and knowledge.
• Experience in a health‑care setting.

Experience in a health‑care setting (preferred).

Schedule

First (Day) shift.

Compensation

$17.71 – $23.29 per hour.
