Clinic Receptionist
Primary Duties
- Greet patients in a professional manner
- Register patients
- Collect payments
- Verify insurances
- Schedule patient appointments
- Answer and route telephone calls
- Scan documents for physicians
- Projects pertaining to the flow of patients through the clinic
Requirements
- One to two years of medical office experience
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
- Effective prioritization with an emphasis on organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of medical office experience, possess basic to intermediate computer knowledge and be able to effectively prioritize with an emphasis on organization, accuracy and attention to detail to ensure a positive patient service environment and professional interactions.
