Responsibilities
- Receive patients and direct them to the appropriate services.
- Make patient appointments and schedule follow‑up appointments.
- Perform preliminary assessment of payment category for patients before they see a provider.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize needs to meet required timelines.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer service experience required.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
Schedule
Full‑time – Days shift.
