Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the welcoming heart of our clinic, creating a comforting and efficient environment for every patient journey. Every day, you will expertly manage patient reception, coordinate essential administrative tasks, leverage technology for seamless operations, and thoughtfully guide diverse patient populations, ensuring they feel at ease and understand their care instructions.

• Coordinate copies of medical documentation with physician charges to support billing to third-party payers
• File and enter billing for patients into system
• Analyze patient accounts to ensure billing is accurate
• Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems
• Handle follow-up questions from patients
• Resolve discrepancies or errors
• Review medical coding as necessary
• Enter patient charges into billing applications

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Healthcare experience preferred

Pay Range

$15.67 - $22.14 /hour
