Responsibilities Provide individual and family psychotherapy on-site to children, adults and familiesUtilize evidence based practice models in treatmentMaintain full caseload of kept weekly appointmentsDocument progress and results of treatment in a timely manner Skills Warm, empathic personality and excellent communication skillsCultural competence, ideally representative of the cultural and ethnic populations most likely encountered in Queens. Excellent interpersonal personnel and organizational skillsDocumentation, assessment and writing skillsAbility to perform multiple tasksAbility to work effectively as part of the clinical team Additional Information Must have a license or limited permit in the state of NY ( LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PHD, PsyD)Must have 2-3 years of experience in a mental health clinic Experience in evidence based model is a plus (excellent training and supervision provided)Language capacity in Hebrew, Yiddish, Russian a plus.Two evenings or one Sunday and one evening is required Salary: $55.00-$80.00 per session commensurate with experience; additional incentive payments for performance provided.
