FFS THERAPIST - CLINIC

About the role
We provide individual clinical services and support to a variety of individuals including adolescents, adults, and families from all walks of life who are experiencing life stressors or behavioral challenges through Evidenced Based Clinical Practices.
Responsibilities
- Attend 1 group supervision monthly (compensated equal to 1 unit of service)
- Respond timely to communication from the agency, including clinical staff, collaborating departments such as Care Management, and external service providers such as DSS
- Complete all agency-required documentation within established time frames
- Adhere to all clinic workflows and protocols outlined during training/onboarding and summarized in the “New Therapist Training Schedule”
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work
- LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT required (Limited permit accepted)
- Experience working with adolescents and families
- Comfortable in both individual and group settings
- Computer skills and experience working with electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Significant substance use disorder experience and/or CASAC is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for multiple hours
- Must be capable to move throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting of more than 5 pounds
Pay
$40 (LMSW/LCAT) to $50 (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC) per hour (Fee-For-Service)
