Clinic Practice Manager

As our Clinic Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence. Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. Responsibilities
- Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate clinic operations and activities to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Responsible for employee performance management by completing performance appraisals and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures.
- Effectively lead and develop a team of employees including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations, etc.
- Prepare, recommend, and monitor clinic budget, goals, and objectives taking into consideration input from clinic staff.
- Participate in the planning and development of policies and procedures, as well as clinic-specific procedures and programs.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED in General Studies and 4 years of practice management or practice administrator experience, upon hire.
- 4 years of supervisory-level experience, upon hire.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Associate’s degree in Healthcare or a related field, upon hire.
- Electronic Medical Record experience.

Pay
$33.11 - $49.25 per hour.
