Clinic Manager Referrals

Position Introduction

The Clinic Manager for Referrals oversees daily operations of a centralized outpatient and ambulatory referrals department, ensuring efficient and accurate management of all referral activities. This leader supports staff, resolves complex issues, and maintains smooth workflows while partnering with leadership on budgeting, reporting, and process improvements. The role is ideal for candidates skilled in team leadership, problem solving, and operational management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• 24 months experience managing an inpatient or outpatient clinic
• Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience.
