Clinic Manager PT - Physical Therapist Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist to lead outpatient clinics, manage daily operations, and deliver personalized care to diverse patient populations with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services and develop personalized treatment plans
• Measure patient outcomes using advanced software
• Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
• Manage clinic operations, including administrative, financial, and personnel duties
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive clinic culture and support professional growth

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed or license-eligible as a PT
• Minimum of one year of PT experience
• Passion for learning, growth, and making an impact
