About the role
The Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the PACE Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care. This role provides leadership to clinical staff, supports clinical best practices, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. The Clinic Manager partners with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, implement clinical policies, and maintain operational excellence aligned with HopeWest standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the PACE Clinic
- Ensure efficient workflows and delivery of high-quality, participant-centered care
- Provide leadership to clinical staff
- Support clinical best practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Implement clinical policies
- Maintain operational excellence aligned with HopeWest standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinic management experience preferred.
- Leadership experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with the elderly (paid or volunteer), or willingness to complete HopeWest provided training.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado, maintained throughout employment.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation with adequate automobile insurance.
- Possess and maintain CPR certification throughout employment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to build effective working relationships across interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Able to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidance.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and healthcare technology.
