Location: Baylor Scott & White, Marble Falls, TX – Oncology Infusion Clinic
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Must have Oncology experience
- Ability to manage daily infusion and clinic activities and assist RNs as needed
Clinic details: 15 infusion chairs, 6 exam rooms, 2 physicians (adding a 3rd in the Fall), approximately 45 clinic visits and 40 infusion visits per day.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff
- Manage department operations, including budgeting and staffing
- Ensure the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively
- Foster a supportive work environment for the nursing team
- Uphold high-quality nursing practices and maintain a safe space for patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire if not already certified)
Skills
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care, medical terminology, ethics, and privacy laws
- Experience caring for diverse age groups
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to serving the community
