Clinic Manager Oncology RN FT Days

Location: Baylor Scott & White, Marble Falls, TX – Oncology Infusion Clinic

About the role

Must have Oncology experience. Ability to manage infusion and clinic activities on a daily basis as well as assist RNs. The clinic has 15 infusion chairs, 6 exam rooms, and 2 physicians (adding a third in the Fall), handling approximately 45 clinic visits and 40 infusion visits per day.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care, promote evidence-based practices, conduct research, and advocate for patients, families, and staff.
• Manage department operations, including budgeting, staffing, and execution of policies.
• Oversee quality enhancement measures and organize educational programs to meet departmental and organizational goals.
• Ensure the clinical specialty program runs efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Foster a supportive work environment for the nursing team.
• Uphold top-notch nursing practices and maintain a safe space for patients, families, and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Solid grasp of nursing principles, patient care, medical terminology, ethics, and privacy laws.
• Experience caring for diverse age groups.
• Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to community service.
