Clinic Manager III
Leadership
Leads the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of high-talent staff, leaders, and providers. Manages staff and leaders' performance. Communicates and engages staff, leaders, and providers in key initiatives. Ensures staff are appropriately trained and operating within scope and at the top of their licensure/role. Maintains an understanding of daily functions to ensure delivery on all accountabilities and tasks. Identifies and communicates needs and/or changes that affect the work and escalates concerns as appropriate. Analyzes and acts on employee engagement data.
Role Model and Mentor
Models and promotes collaboration within business units, departments/staff/providers, and patients/customers to achieve results and improve performance. Overcomes barriers, creates internal and external relationships to meet both company and community needs. Ensures staff and key stakeholders are involved in timely communications and information sharing.
Strategic and Program Planning
Develops new clinical service line programs and services. Develops and executes strategic planning and business development for programs and services for their location(s). Provides oversight for the implementation of new programs and services at their location(s). Coordinates service line activities at their location(s).
Safety, Risk Management and Compliance
Accountable for leading and developing a culture of safety and focusing on High Reliability Organization. Ensures adherence to all safety, risk, and compliance policies and procedures. Oversees supervisors to ensure site compliance with state regulations (hazardous waste, MNVFC, DME, etc.). Participates in site safety meetings, rounding, audits, and events as appropriate. Responsible for ensuring any regulatory and accreditation expectations have been met.
Financial
Manages clinic financials, operating expenses, and productivity for overall clinic performance. Proactively reviews reports to assess and problem-solve to align operating expenses and productivity. Identifies and plans for future capital needs and growth in partnerships with regional director. Ensures proper revenue cycle management workflows are in place and maintained. Collaborates with lead physician to manage provider productivity.
