Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
- Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
- Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up
- Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals
- Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
- Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
- Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
- Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture
Qualifications
- A natural leader who enjoys coaching and holding people accountable
- Sales-comfortable—you can confidently close, upsell, and hit monthly goals
- Highly organized and calm under pressure
- Customer-obsessed with strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

- Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 base salary + performance bonus
