We are looking for a driven Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day operations and help take our Elk Grove clinic to the next level. No medical background is required—if you can lead, sell, and execute, we will teach you the rest.

What You'll Own

As Office Manager, you are responsible for running the clinic like it's your own:

• Lead, coach, and motivate administrative and clinical staff
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from first call to ongoing visits
• Drive revenue by converting leads into consultations and enrollments
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, patient flow, records, and follow-up
• Hold the team accountable to performance and conversion goals
• Manage billing, receivables, inventory, and basic financial processes
• Ensure compliance with Medi-Weightloss protocols and healthcare regulations
• Analyze reports and KPIs to improve clinic performance
• Build a positive, energetic, results-driven clinic culture

Compensation

$60,000–$70,000 base salary + performance bonus | Full-time
